What happens after the audit?

The audit feeds directly into Phase 2, the 90-day Structured Experimentation Roadmap. You're not obligated to continue. But most brands do, because the audit produces a backlog that needs to be worked.

What access do you need from us?

Read-only access to Shopify analytics, your ad platforms, and Klaviyo if applicable. A 30-minute kickoff call to align on metric definitions and business context. That's it.

Do you work with brands outside beauty, supplements, food, and pets?
